Each item is carefully assembled at the factory and reinforced with secure packaging, which takes 3-7 business days before dispatch. The estimated delivery times to your destination are as follows:

UK/EU: 3-4 weeks

Canada/Australia: 3-4 weeks

Why can't I get a refund on large home items?

We do not accept returns on large-sized items, including the Luxury Wellness Pet Crate, as we have no means to handle large furniture return shipments.
