We guarantee that all large items are brand new and assembled from scratch (no refurbished or returned items are used). Each item is carefully assembled at the factory and reinforced with secure packaging, which takes 3-7 business days before dispatch. The estimated delivery times to your destination are as follows:

US (US-West): 2-3 weeks

UK/EU: 3-4 weeks

Canada/Australia: 3-4 weeks

Please note: Expedited shipping is not available for large items. If delivery time is a critical factor for you, please consider your decision carefully. However, please be aware that air shipping services are generally not available for large items, regardless of where you purchase them.

Why can't I get a refund on large home items?

We do not accept returns on large-sized items, including the Luxury Wellness Pet Crate, as we have no means to handle large furniture return shipments. Before purchasing the Luxury Wellness Pet Crate, please ensure it’s the right size for your pet, as shipping such items incurs high transportation costs.
