Why does it cost so much?

We refuse to cut corners with cheap materials and workmanship. We prioritize quality and detail; the Zalebot dog crate is made entirely from solid pine (not plywood), and some components are handcrafted. We also need to fairly compensate our workers for their labor.

What are the sizing recommendations?

Recommended Weight Range:

The small crate is suitable for pets weighing up to 20 lbs (approximately 8 kg).

Why is the crate non-refundable?

We are unable to accept returns on crates as we have no means to handle large furniture return shipments. Please keep in mind that, like any piece of furniture, there may be minor imperfections or variations in the wood. Before purchasing a crate, it's essential to ensure it’s a good fit for your dog’s size and behavior, as our crate may not work for every dog.
