Return Polity (Customized products)
For Customized Pet Gifts products(Eg: 3D simulation figurines of pets):
First and foremost, we at zalebot value customer satisfaction as one of our main priority We work day and night to make our customers happy. We try our best to make sure that our products do not have to be returned.Our products are fully customized. We are in the space of personalization/customization and for which the item does not have a resale value. The return goods can't be resold. Hence all our custom products are strictly non-refundable according to the industry standard. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we re-evaluate customer's order on an individual basis and we may offer to redo the model for free based on the outcome of the first model.
We request our customer to be particular and specific and provide us with better quality photos while placing the order. First, for any reason, if the customer dislikes the end product, the customer should contact us first to see what can be done. Our policy lasts 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product if you are dissatisfied with the product. And based on our evaluation, we may offer to redo the model with or without any additional cost.
If the item is broken during the shipping process, we will send you a new piece of the item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at zalebot@zalebot.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
