Return Policy

For Pet Supplies, Pet Furniture, and other non-customized products (Standard products that do not require any customization or personalization):

If the customer has a valid reason and the product is not what it is supposed to be and no other mutual agreement is achieved other than the return of the item, the customer will need to return the item within 14 days of receipt of the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be estimated based on the merit of the request and the work consumed and then processed.The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Policy for Large/Custom-Sized Items (e.g., Pet Furniture):‌
All oversized or custom-sized products (including pet furniture) are non-returnable if undamaged. Due to logistical challenges in handling returns and the inability to resell such items, we strictly enforce this policy. Every product shipped from our store is brand new. ‌Please ensure the dimensions are suitable for your pet before placing an order.

First, for any reason, if the customer dislikes the end product, the customer should contact us first to see what can be done. Our policy lasts 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product if you are dissatisfied with the product. And based on our evaluation, we may offer to redo the model with or without any additional cost.

If the item is broken during the shipping process, we will send you a new piece of the item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at zalebot@zalebot.com.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
